Last updated: July 2026. Applies to all use of Agilox.com and its outputs.

1. Nature of the Platform

Agilox.com provides warehouse automation preparation support based on answers submitted by the user. The platform helps operations and logistics teams structure their thinking, identify preparation gaps, and produce planning documents for internal use and supplier discussions.

All outputs are generated from user-provided answers and publicly available reference data. They reflect the information submitted by the user, not verified site conditions.

2. No Engineering or Technical Design

Agilox.com does not provide engineering design, technical specifications, system architecture, or procurement-ready documentation. Platform outputs are preparation aids. They do not replace site assessments, technical feasibility studies, or supplier engineering proposals.

3. No Financial or Investment Advice

Planning ranges, indicative investment figures, benefit estimates, and payback ranges generated by the platform are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or approval-ready business-case figures.

These figures are indicative estimates derived from the operational profile you provide and reference industry data. They are useful for framing internal discussions but must be validated with your own operational data, finance stakeholders, and supplier evidence before supporting any project or investment decision.

4. No ROI Guarantee or Savings Guarantee

Agilox.com does not guarantee any level of return on investment, cost savings, payback period, or productivity improvement. All benefit and savings figures are indicative planning ranges.

Actual outcomes depend on site-specific conditions, supplier selection, implementation quality, operational changes, and many other factors that the platform cannot assess or predict.

5. No Feasibility Assessment

The platform does not assess technical feasibility for specific warehouse sites. Automation feasibility depends on physical site conditions, building constraints, fire safety regulations, structural requirements, and operational factors that require on-site assessment by qualified engineers.

6. No Supplier Ranking, Recommendation, or Certification

Agilox.com does not rank, recommend, certify, or endorse any automation supplier, system, or product. Any supplier information shown on the platform is provided for informational purposes only.

Inclusion of any supplier or system in platform content does not imply endorsement, a commercial relationship, or suitability for your specific project.

7. Validation Responsibility

Planning ranges and assumptions generated by Agilox.com must be validated with:

  • Your own internal operational data and measurements
  • Finance and controlling stakeholders
  • HR and operations leadership where labour assumptions are involved
  • Qualified automation engineers for technical feasibility
  • Supplier evidence from comparable deployments
  • Legal advisors for contractual and regulatory matters

8. User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for all project decisions, investment decisions, supplier selections, and contractual commitments made in connection with warehouse automation projects. Agilox.com is a preparation tool and does not participate in, advise on, or accept responsibility for decisions made using platform outputs.

9. Accuracy of Platform Content

Platform content, including knowledge articles and scenario analyses, is prepared with reasonable editorial care and reviewed periodically. Warehouse automation technology, supplier offerings, regulations, and market conditions may change. Users should independently verify information before relying on it for current technical, contractual, legal, or commercial decisions.
