1. Who Operates Agilox.com

Agilox.com is operated by Hyperlium UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Erkrather Str 401, 40231 Düsseldorf, Germany. Hyperlium UG is a private limited liability company registered in Germany (Amtsgericht Düsseldorf, HRB 88428).

Agilox.com is an independent warehouse automation intelligence and planning platform. It is not a vendor, distributor, integrator, or agent for any automation company.

2. Editorial and Commercial Independence

Agilox.com is designed and operated as a buyer-side platform. Its purpose is to help warehouse and logistics teams assess, plan, and make better automation decisions before and during vendor conversations, not to serve vendor interests.

No vendor pays to appear in, improve, or alter their standing in the platform's vendor directory, technology fit engine, or recommendation outputs. Vendor coverage is determined by editorial criteria: market relevance, publicly available product information, and technology category fit.

If Agilox.com introduces commercial arrangements with vendors in the future, such as sponsored listings or verified profiles, those arrangements will be clearly labelled in the relevant part of the platform. Unlabelled content is editorially independent.

4. How Your Workspace Data Is Handled

When you use Agilox.com, your workspace data includes your warehouse profile, Digital Twin parameters, assessment answers, project details, business case inputs, and any notes you enter. This data belongs to you.

5. Can Vendors Contact You?

By default, vendors cannot contact you through Agilox.com and do not know you are using the platform.

Agilox.com includes an optional Vendor Discovery feature. If you choose to enable it for a specific shortlist or project, a limited, anonymised profile may be shared with relevant vendors. This profile contains your readiness score, automation category, warehouse size band, and region. It does not include your name, email address, company name, or any contact details.

Vendor Discovery is always opt-in. It is never enabled by default, and you can disable it or withdraw at any time from your workspace settings.

6. How Vendor Information Is Generated

Vendor profiles on Agilox.com are produced using a combination of the following sources:

• Verified public information: product descriptions, certifications, case studies, and specifications drawn from vendor websites, press releases, and industry publications.
• Editorial analysis: structured assessment of technology category, deployment context, and operational fit, produced by the platform team.
• Internal model estimates: capacity ranges, deployment timelines, and pricing bands derived from publicly available benchmarks. These are indicative and should not be treated as vendor quotes.
• Platform benchmarks: aggregated performance and cost data drawn from public case studies, industry research, and anonymised patterns across workspaces. These are modelled estimates, not guaranteed figures.

Where content is modelled or estimated, the platform labels it accordingly. Vendor profiles are not reviewed or approved by the vendors themselves, and Agilox.com does not accept payment to improve or alter vendor coverage.

7. How Technology Fit Analysis Works

Technology fit assessments on Agilox.com are generated by matching your workspace profile against a structured set of criteria: automation category, throughput requirements, floor type, existing infrastructure, operational constraints, and budget parameters.

Fit analysis results are accompanied by the reasoning behind them: why a technology or vendor candidate may fit your situation, the assumptions made, the confidence level, and the questions you should ask during procurement. Fit assessments are not guaranteed to be correct or complete.

No vendor pays to appear in or improve their standing in fit analysis outputs. Technology fit assessments are not influenced by commercial relationships with vendors. If this changes, it will be disclosed clearly.

8. How Benchmark Data Is Used

Agilox.com uses benchmark data in several parts of the platform, including the readiness assessment, business case engine, and Digital Twin analysis. Benchmarks are used to contextualise your results: for example, comparing your automation readiness score against similar warehouse profiles, or estimating a realistic ROI range for a given technology category.

Benchmark data is drawn from publicly available industry studies, published case studies, and, over time, aggregated patterns from anonymised workspace data. Where benchmarks are modelled estimates, they are labelled as such. They are not guarantees of financial or operational outcomes.

Your individual workspace data contributes to aggregate benchmarks only in anonymised form and only where you are a registered user. Individual workspaces are never exposed.

9. How Agilox.com May Generate Revenue

Agilox.com is currently in an early-access phase. The core platform is available without charge to registered users. This may change as the product develops.

The following are the commercial models the platform may use in the future. None of these are active today unless specifically labelled within the product.

Future revenue arrangements will be reflected in updated terms and disclosed clearly within the product before taking effect.

10. Controlling and Deleting Your Data

You can manage and delete your data at any time. The following options are available:

• Edit your profile: update your name, job title, and company details in your account settings at any time.
• Delete workspace content: individual warehouses, projects, business cases, and Digital Twins can be deleted from within your workspace.
• Delete your account: request full account deletion by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
• Data export: request a copy of your assessment data and workspace content in a machine-readable format by emailing [email protected].
• Opt out of Vendor Discovery: if you have enabled Vendor Discovery, you can disable it at any time from your workspace settings. Disabling it stops any further sharing immediately.
